The Creative Process:
Outer Space Design and Build is an pexperience that will allow you to be the co-creator of the space that you live in, Outer Space is for you. A relationship built on trust, transparency and boundaries to protect you, the project and the company. You bring the vision, we bring the how and together we create an extended vision for the outcome. The Design and Build process is not linear, it is a process of unseen factors, creativity, time and the exciting journey of concept to conception. If you are interested in being part of the creative process of your Outdoor Space coming to life, Outer Space Design and Build is for you.
The Creative Boundaries:
-We only take clients that are looking to get their project done in the next 30-60 days.
-We will only come out to your home and bid a project if you are ready to make the investment and commitment to your project. If you are looking to just to get pricing knowing that you are not ready to move forward, we are not the company to reach out to.
-Our time is valuable just like yours. Most our bids are free but there are exceptions for certain bids depending on location and project that a trip charge or design fee will be assigned before proceeding forward.
- All commissioned bids and pricing are only valid for 30 days. After the 30 days the bid pricing expires and a new bid will need to be drafted up
-50% of the project is due when scheduled, 25% of the project is due the day the project starts and the last 25% of the project is due when the project is completed. A walk through and punch list of project will be provided AFTER final payment is made.
-When you commission us you are hiring a company with workspace and natural overhead of the business. Pricing reflects what the company needs to complete your project, to accommodate overhead cost and proper compensation for our employees.
